We had the delight and pleasure of staying at Ackerstrasse 29 in Berlin-Mitte for a couple of months when we relocated from California to Berlin. The bright and airy home in the sky, was very well-equipped to just walk-in and start living. It is situated in an area uniquely filled with some of the best eateries and gourmet food purveyors in all of Berlin. The home was sparkling clean when we arrived, and Thomas was one of the best hosts anyone could ask for! He was available at any time and highly responsive, and always checked-in with us to make sure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable.

We will not hesitate to recommend this property, and any that Thomas manages!

You don’t need to look anywhere else for a cozy place when you come to Berlin!

The apartment has everything you need. It’s perfect for 1-2 people and the location is good. Just 50m from the door you have a market. the host is impeccable and nothing was missing.

In the heart of Prenzlauer Berg, one of the coolest neighborhoods in the city, we were a short walk from great restaurants, bars, markets and parks.

Always charming, Thomas was present to help us navigate the modern facilities and appliances made available at the apartment.

In dem hellen, modern eingerichteten Apartment habe ich mich sofort wohlgefühlt. Es bot mir tollen Komfort für meinen 4 – wöchigen Aufenthalt im Oktober 2021 in Berlin-Mitte. Den Gast erwarten ein bequemes und geräumiges Doppelbett, eine gut ausgestattete Küchenzeile, ein modernes Bad mit Dusche (und Waschmaschine), ein Esstisch mit bequemen Stühlen, Garderobe und Wandschränke. U-Bahn, Bus und Bahn sind gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. 2 Minuten entfernt gibt es einen modernen Supermarkt mit Frischtheke, einen kleinen Bioladen, eine Apotheke, Restaurants, nette Cafes und traditionelle Bäckereien fürs Frühstück und/oder für den Nachmittagskuchen (-; Unweit des Apartments befinden sich z.B. die Gedenkstätte Berliner Mauer, die Hackeschen Höfe, die Sophienkirche, die Galerien der Auguststraße u.v.m. Nach meinen ausgedehnten Unternehmungen freute ich mich abends jedes Mal in die Ferienwohnung zurückzukommen.
