Server log files

When you access this website, our hosting provider automatically collects technical information (server log files) transmitted by your browser: IP address, date and time of the request, page accessed, browser and operating system used. This data is used exclusively for the technical provision and security of the website (Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR) and is automatically deleted after a short period.

Contact form

If you send us an enquiry via the contact form, we process the data provided there (name, email address, message) exclusively to handle your enquiry and any follow-up questions (Art. 6 (1)(b) or (f) GDPR). The data is transmitted to us by email and not shared with third parties.

Direct booking enquiries

If you submit a direct booking enquiry through an apartment page, we store the data you provide (name, optional company and phone number, email address, number of guests, arrival and departure dates, and an optional message) in our protected administration system. We process this data to review and respond to your enquiry and to take pre-contractual steps (Art. 6 (1)(b) GDPR). An enquiry is not yet a reservation. If no contract is concluded, we erase the data once it is no longer needed to process the enquiry, unless statutory retention obligations apply.

Bookings and accounting

Once an enquiry is confirmed as a booking, we process the contact, stay, billing and payment data required to perform the rental agreement (Art. 6 (1)(b) GDPR). For a personal payment offer, you can provide your billing address and, optionally, your company and VAT ID through the confidential offer link. We transmit the customer, invoice and payment data required to create and process online invoices to Stripe. For more information, seeStripe's privacy policy. Where required by law, booking and accounting records are retained for the applicable periods under German commercial and tax law (Art. 6 (1)(c) GDPR).

Google Analytics

With your consent, we use Google Analytics (Google Ireland Limited) to analyse use of our public website, including page views and browser/device information. Analytics uses cookies to recognise a browser. Google processes technical connection data when the service is loaded; processing may also take place in the USA. The Google tag loads only after you select “Accept all”. You can withdraw your consent for future use through “Cookie settings” and “Necessary only”. Administration pages and personal offer/review links are excluded. We do not send form contents to Analytics. Advertising personalisation and Google signals are disabled in our tag configuration.

Your rights
