How direct booking works
Choose an apartment, enter your dates and check availability and the total price. The applicable minimum stay depends on your dates. Review the conditions before completing your booking.
Payments for longer stays
For stays with a monthly payment plan, the first rental month is due at booking. Further instalments are paid using individual Stripe payment links according to the displayed schedule. Rental months start on the arrival day; a final partial period may differ. The complete schedule is shown before booking.
