Server log files

When you access this website, our hosting provider automatically collects technical information (server log files) transmitted by your browser: IP address, date and time of the request, page accessed, browser and operating system used. This data is used exclusively for the technical provision and security of the website (Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR) and is automatically deleted after a short period.

Contact form

If you send us an enquiry via the contact form, we process the data provided there (name, email address, message) exclusively to handle your enquiry and any follow-up questions (Art. 6 (1)(b) or (f) GDPR). The data is transmitted to us by email and not shared with third parties.

Enquiries & bookings

Once B! Apartments accepts booking enquiries or reservations, we additionally process the data required for this (including name, billing address, phone number, arrival and departure dates, payment status) to carry out the rental agreement (Art. 6 (1)(b) GDPR) and, where legally required, for invoicing and retention under German commercial and tax law (Art. 6 (1)(c) GDPR, 10-year retention period under GoBD). This section will be expanded once the booking feature goes live.
